Clients have described Randall as warm, caring and a good listener.  He does more than just give advice.  He wants clients to feel encouraged and motivated. Randall will work collaboratively with you to identify and build your strengths.  He will also work with you through the conflicts that keep you from moving forward with personal and vocational goals.

Randall specializes in working with people who are ambitious and tend to struggle with balancing work and life.  Men may find this balance particularly challenging as they feel the need to prove themselves through accomplishments.  As clients walk away from counseling sessions, Randall wants them to learn skills that help them develop “work-life harmony” that will lead to a meaningful life.

Randall actively attends his local church, enjoys learning bass guitar, and engaging in Olympic lifting.
