She is committed to helping clients find hope, resilience, and strength in the face of life’s most difficult moments.
April views mental health as an integral part of overall well-being, and believes the therapeutic process is a mutual exchange that thrives on trust and rapport. Establishing a strong, supportive relationship with her clients is the foundation of successful therapy. She is deeply committed to erasing the negative stigma surrounding mental health treatment, promoting openness, and normalizing the pursuit of mental wellness. Through this approach, she aims to guide clients towards greater self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment in their personal journeys.
April is a military wife of nearly 20 years and the mother of a teenage daughter. In her spare time, she loves scuba diving, writing and photography. She enjoys exercising and new fitness challenges.
