Nathaniel offers clients and families a safe place to work on themselves and empowers them to make healthy choices when they are ready and able. He works to help clients discover truth, peace, purpose, and meaning in their struggles. Nathaniel values constant improvement and the desire to grow and learn. He brings discoveries from this perspective to therapy sessions helping individuals determine areas in which they need support.
Nathaniel is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Logotherapy, Motivational Interviewing to assist individuals who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma, school related issues, self-esteem, grief, and personality disorders. He also has training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Before pursuing his degree in counseling, Nathaniel obtained his BS in Mathematics and Education. He worked for 7 years teaching math and science. In 2017, Nathaniel graduated from Liberty University and transitioned out of teaching to full-time therapy. He ran his first marathon in 2019 and enjoys training in Brazilian Ju Jitzu.
