Nathalie embraces clients’ unique identity and tailors a holistic approach to help clients find peace and healing. She provides a calm and comfortable atmosphere where clients openly communicate their feelings and thoughts without anxiety or judgement. Clients are welcomed with empathy in a person-centered approach with the opportunity to incorporate faith-based principles to guide the therapeutic relationship.
Nathalie’s philosophy is to create a collaborative partnership with the client in the counseling relationship by examining belief systems, values, and habits that may influence life choices. She believes trust and honesty from the client are paramount to an effective healing journey. Nathalie values each person’s unique identity and understands that change is not easy. She will use eclectic therapeutic approaches to empower her clients to embrace hope and express the best version of themselves.
Nathalie is a spiritual life-coach and youth Sunday school teacher. She enjoys spending time in nature, having fun with her family and friends, painting, archery, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reading and preparing gourmet meals. She is also fluent in Spanish
