J. Marie is committed to providing a safe place and a “no judgement zone,” where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. She will use various treatment strategies to empower, equip, and educate her clients.  Her goal is to help them reduce and /or alleviate disruptive mental health symptoms, so that they can live both positive and productive lives.

J. Marie believes that with the utilization of appropriate coping skills and/or techniques, and with the client’s desire (or hard work), they can learn more adaptive ways to manage their lives. And while the client has a major role in making the necessary changes, the counselor is supporting them through this entire process.

J. Marie enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She thoroughly loves to entertain, travel, and eat at different restaurants.
