Hayley Jones, Intern

Practicing since: 2023

Hayley works to create a comfortable environment that is supportive and nonjudgmental. She wants clients to feel welcome and comfortable. She utilizes a variety of methods in order to best fit each client’s needs, strengths, and goals.

Hayley believes that all feelings are valid and deserve to be heard. Fostering a therapeutic relationship filled with trust is an important part of the therapy process and it is the beginning of a successful journey of healing.

Hayley graduated from Indiana State University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in public health and a minor in Chemistry. She then began working on her MSW degree in August of 2022. She will be graduating in July 2025 with a master’s degree in social work and a e-Social Work certificate.

She worked as a Community Health Worker at a clinic in Indianapolis and volunteered as a court appointed special advocate for children in the foster care system.

Hayley has been married to her husband for almost three years. They have a one-year-old son and five dogs! In her free time, she enjoys playing with her son, baking, and reading.
