April aims to create a warm, accepting, welcoming, and supportive environment in which clients can explore ways to address struggles in both the short and long term. She genuinely enjoys getting to know clients deeply to better serve them and their individual needs. April is, first and foremost, client-centered and is willing to be flexible depending on client need.

April often leans on DBT and CBT methodologies with individuals, and EFT and Gottman method principles with couples.

In her spare time, April loves exercising, learning new things, playing piano, and making things with her hands. She currently lives in Indiana, while practicing in Maryland.

April is licensed in the state of MD (#30569) and is under the clinical supervision of Jenna Santucci-Freeman, LCSW-C (#19492).
