Kaylie utilizes a person-centered and eclectic approach to therapy. She strives to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental atmosphere for clients to freely explore their thoughts and emotions to focus on their healing journey.

Kaylie believes every client is unique. She finds it essential to collaboratively tailor each treatment plan with their needs and concerns to assist them in building resilience and overcoming obstacles.

Kaylie’s role as a counselor is to support clients on their mental health journey in a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship that aims to improve their quality of life. She genuinely desires to empower clients to live more positive and fulfilling lives by equipping them with knowledge and coping skills, accepting their uniqueness, respecting their personal stories, and encouraging them to achieve healthy changes toward attainable goals.

In her spare time, you can find her hanging out with her husband, family members, and friends playing with her black lab, Gracie. Her hobbies include various outdoor activities, traveling, pickleball, Pilates, and photography.
