Amber’s counseling philosophy centers on viewing mental health as vital to overall well-being, encompassing emotional, psychological, and social dimensions.  She believes that therapy is a collaborative journey where clients play an active role in their healing.  Through evidence-based practices and personalized plans. She aims to empower clients to gain insight, build resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies.  Her goal is to alleviate symptoms, enhance quality of life, and foster meaningful personal growth in a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Amber is married and has 1 child. She has a menagerie of 2 dogs, 2 cats, a leopard gecko, a green cheek conure, and a blue and gold macaw, creating a lively and loving environment.  Her hobbies revolve around caring for and interacting with her animals, as they bring so much joy and fulfillment.  When time allows, she enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring new places and experiencing different cultures.
