Benjamin Spearman, LCPC
Practicing Since: 2015
Ben’s focus is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) but he tends to be eclectic in his approach to therapeutic intervention. His passion is to see clients set free from negative emotional and cognitive patterns, allowing them to be the best versions of themselves.
Ben has worked in pastoral care for over a decade, providing support and spiritual direction for adolescents, adults, and married couples. Ben earned his B.S. in Ministry from Emmanuel College and his M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University. Ben and his wife Christina have been married for 15 years. They have one precocious three-year-old, the best dog ever, and lots of dreams. Ben loves music, people, and exercising when his schedule allows.
Ben is licensed in the state of Maryland #LC13221.
