Gabrielle is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland and has been working in mental health treatment since 2015. She completed her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Towson University. Gabrielle has specialized training in Trauma-Focused CBT, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Dissociative Disorders. She is especially interested in treating anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and general adjustment issues in adults and children. Gabrielle uses an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing a variety of techniques such as play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), creative therapies, and structured and unstructured therapies. Gabrielle believes in meeting clients where they are in treatment and offering a safe space to explore and process life issues.
