This safe space allows clients the opportunity to explore their experiences, thoughts, and emotions to find a secure foundation within themselves and their relationships. Chidiogo likes to work collaboratively with clients in order to effectively assist them in acquiring needed skills and discover their inner strengths in order to work through the difficulties of life and improve mental and overall well-being.
About: Chidiogo works with children, adolescents, adults and families struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger management, childhood trauma (family violence, sexual abuse) as well as intergenerational trauma.She utilizes a Trauma-Focused-Cognitive-Behavioral-Therapy. However, she draws from a variety of theoretical approaches in order to provide a personalized approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
